Monarch Weddings understands that each bride is unique and may have different planning needs; so to best cater to those individual needs we also offer customized planning.

The A-La-Carte items are subject to availability and may not be available during peak wedding season.
Add-ons to your wedding service package are available anytime!
You can choose from the a-la-carte or add-on services listed below:
- Hourly Consultation
- Consulting at Monarch Office, $150/hour
- Consulting at venue or any other space other than Monarch Office, $200/hour (depending in distance)
- Coordination of events surrounding the wedding weekend (if not already included in a planning package).
- – Welcome Reception: site selection & coordination
- – Bridesmaids Lunch: site selection & coordination
- – Rehearsal Dinner (Included in Monarch & Emperors): site selection & coordination
- – Farewell brunch (included in Monarch & Emperors): site selection & coordination
- – Bridal Shower: site selection & coordination
- Design & Styling of Wedding – $1000
- – (1) Design meeting – Within 6-8 months of the event (Approx. 2 hours)
- Assistance establishing your overall wedding design and color palette
- Coordinator will create a customized design inspirational board for your event
- – (1) Floral meeting with your chosen florist – Within 4-6 months of the event (Approx. 2 hours)
- – (1) Floral / Rental Mock up Design Meeting, with the florals and rentals (linens, chairs, charger plates, napkins and other misc. items) – Within 2-3 months of the event (Approx. 2 hours)
- You will be responsible for the cost of the floral centerpiece
- There is a $75 fee for the Coordinator’s time and travel to collect rental items for the mock up.
- – Coordinator will providing recommendations on vendors from Monarch’s preferred vendor list based on your overall design, theme and budget goal.
- Bridal Styling “Let us help you bring out your inner Fashionista”
Includes:
- – Your bridal stylist will set up bridal appointments and go wedding dress shopping with you.
- – We help you complete your bridal style by helping you pick out the perfect bridal accessories.
- * Includes up to 2 separate days (if needed), up to 8 Hours of shopping time total.
- Boudoir Styling “Let us help you find your inner diva that will make him drool”
Includes:
- – Provide recommendations on professional Boudoir photographers
- – We will help you come up with a theme and secure minor props and/or decor
- – We will help you find the perfect Boudoir wardrobe just for you.
- * Additional Fees if requested to be location for photo shoot
- Engagement Photo Styling “Let us help you create the perfect “looks” for your
engagement photo”
Includes:
- – We will provide professional preferred photographers in your budget for you to choose from
- – We will help you achieve the best “Looks” for your photos (2 looks)
- – We will provide you with professional make-up artist
(tip: Use the same makeup artist for your wedding day & use your engagement shot as the trial)
- – We will assist in finding the best locations for your photos (up to 3 recommendations)
- * Additional Fees if requested to be location for photo shoot
- Transportation Coordination for weekend’s events
- Transportation Coordination for guests arriving into town
- On-site additional staff coverage, transportation staff coverage
- Creation of detailed schedule of events (timeline)
- Assemble and mailing of Save-the-Dates and/or Invitations
- Guest List Management (track responses and food choices)
- Welcome Bags: assist with ideas, creation and delivery
- Favors & Gifts: assist with ideas and provide research, assembly (if required)
- Provide a list and details on things to do in San Diego for your guests
- Assistance in create your wedding website
- Additional staff coverage to set-up or manage the event
- Bridal Registry Assistance
