Carlee Zank ~ Assistant Event Coordinator

Carlee joined the Monarch Team in 2015 as a setup assistant with 4 years experience in the wedding and event industry. With a positive and professional attitude, years of event experience and a great attention to the details; she is a valuable asset to the Monarch team.  

She is always a step ahead, preemptively managing any situation that may arise and handles the detailed setup of any event space with precision. 

Carlee went to school to study Organizational and Industrial Psychology and this contributed to her skills in precision in the details that she implements on every wedding.

As a proud mom of 2 boys and wife of 17 years, Carlee is great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure and getting the job done efficiently, with love in her heart and a smile on her face.  

Born and raised in San Diego, she received a full ride scholarship in college for fast pitch softball. She is also the owner and founder for 3 Little Birds Concierge and although she is very much someone who appreciates order and routine, she LOVE spontaneous adventures.

Though we were so young at the time, with barely a penny in our pockets. Our wedding was pretty magical. We were surrounded by a huge loving family, supportive friends and a beautiful sunny day off the coast of San Diego.

I love to travel, especially abroad. We have been to Australia, New Zealand, Paris, London, Mexico, Indonesia and an upcoming trip scheduled for Scotland. A perfect honeymoon for me would be experiencing a new destination with the man I love. Just make sure we schedule half the time full of adventures and the other half relaxing (preferably in the sun).
