EXCITING NEWS FOR MONARCH WEDDINGS!!!! 

As a San Diego native, Balboa Park has been a long time favorite places to visit in San Diego.  When I was young, my mom would take us kids down to Balboa Park to walk around and see all the beautiful sites of the Park and Museums. I feel in love with the beautiful architecture, the sites and sounds, and the experience of learning more about San Diego’s history.  As I began my journey as an event planner, The Prado at Balboa Park was a popular event spot and I was blessed to have opportunities to manage  weddings at the venue.  The Prado at Balboa Park quickly became one of my favorite venues to manage events at in San Diego.

The Wishing Well at the Prado at Balboa Park is such a beautiful and romantic outdoor ceremony spot; the courtyard is a perfect space for a fun cocktail hour, while there are several amazing nearby spots that make for the perfect backdrop for those beautiful bridal party & bride/groom photos.   The main ballroom is beautiful and grand with a large performing stage, high ceilings, while the cuisine is exquisite.  Not only is the venue space perfect for a wedding or special event, the catering staff are professional and great to work with.
